This morning two of our year 7 Geography classes spent the lesson with Francesca Mahoney the founder of Wild Survivors. She is a very inspirational lady and made us all aware of the importance of Elephant conservation. Elephants are struggling to survive. 123,000 have been slaughtered in the past 3 years, and counting. We're in a race against time to save this critically endangered species from extinction. Fran has asked our students to design a t-shirt which will be produced and given to the farmers in Tanzania. She will announce the winner in February when she is back in Africa.
