Sixteen Year 5 & 6 students took part in our second Inspire Session run by our Business Studies Teacher Dave Munro.  Students learnt how to develop their Entrepreneurial Skills.  Our Art Inspire session on the 6th November is fully booked, however we still have spaces on our Maths Inspire session on the 20th November.  Students will be learning about 3D shapes.  If you would like to book a space on an Inspire session please contact Inspire@stowmarkethigh.suffolk.sch.uk.’

GCSE Drama

Friday saw the running of the final pieces prepared for the GCSE Drama Devising examinations. A group of year 11 students put together a powerful array of pieces tackling complex and difficult issues. Their sheer dedication, emotion and commitment left the audience stunned and overwhelmed from start to finish. The images these students created on stage, were heartfelt and striking, and established just why Drama is so important on the curriculum.

Year 11 GCSE Information Evening Thursday 11th October 6pm

On Thursday 11th of October we are holding a Year 11 GCSE Information Evening, this a critically important evening as our leaders of curriculum take parents through the demands, expectations and challenges facing the students this year.  We will also outline when and where critical support is available, and help parents to understand the examination timeline.  We would like as many parents to attend as possible.

Inspire Session - Football Coaching

This evening we are launching our first inspire session with a football coaching session, with involvement from Ipswich Town Football Club. The session will take place from 3.45pm until 4.45pm. This year Inspire sessions are open to Year 5 & 6 students.
